A: We are based in Vancouver and work with local businesses across BC and Alberta.
Q: Where can I find your phone number?
A: Our customers can reach us Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 8 PM, using the phone number ###.###.2500 (see your contract). For initial inquiries, we kindly ask that you use the contact form.
Q: I’ve contacted you, but haven’t heard back?
A: If you haven’t received a reply within 24 hours, please resend your message. This often occurs if the email address was mistyped or if our response ended up in your spam folder. We’re happy to assist as soon as we receive your inquiry.
Q: I’ve reached out twice and still haven't gotten a response. Why not?
A: Please check your spam or junk folder. There’s a good chance we’ve responded, but your email provider might have mistakenly moved our reply there.
Q: Where can I see your hosting plans?
A: We only offer hosting for websites that we’ve designed, as this allows us to provide the best possible support and performance.
Q: Can you help me with SEO for my existing website?
A: Absolutely! We offer SEO audits, on-page optimization, and SEO copywriting services to help your site rank better and attract more customers.
